Marketing & Communications Research

The research area Marketing & Communications Research is structured interdisciplinarily based on the four scientific pillars of management research, strategic PR, customer experience/service design and digital marketing. A holistic research approach allows for the successful execution of research projects in hard-to-define systematic contexts.

As a central topic, the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol promotes increased interdisciplinarity in the design of customer interactions, learning experiences and service design in communication, training, education and customer management.

The comprehensive academic and practical experience of the team is the basis for the development of innovative problem solutions and applications. The solid foundation based on state-of-the-art theory combined with a profound understanding of practical requirements characterizes developed solutions. The team is interconnected both nationally and internationally and has experience in scientific cooperation as well as in the execution of research projects. Synergies at disciplinary interfaces of the research field can also be utilized in order to take both technological as well as social developments into account.
